Problem Details:
Osu crashes upon reading an beatmap with Arabic characters

This error only occured after osu noticed me tampering with the file a bit to try and get it to work. Now, the map doesn't show up in my menu. Before, the map showed up in my beatmap select menu, with Arabic showing properly, but osu immediately crashed upon selection of the map.
The map was created by drag and drop of the mp3 file on a previous version of osu, which successfully created a blank beatmap, as well as a storyboard file, allowing me to edit the beatmap until I exited to the song selection, where osu immediately crashed.

Note that the mp3 in the osu songs folder is missing all the Arabic characters, while the mp3 originally dragged into osu had all the Arabic characters in it. The exact string of characters of the original mp3 filename can be seen in the folder name.
Edit 2: The error message now shows up every time I restart osu. It's quite annoying.
