Hi chy.
Could you please rename the mp3 in your submission to only contain english characters? Once you have done this, open the .osu file in notepad and change the AudioFilename: line to match to the new file. Then do a full submission.
I did this myself so I could check your map out and I'll only say.. this has a long way to go ><.
For a start, your timing is wrong, so for now I'll correct you there and see how you go.

Your patterns are repetitive and boring, so once you get the new timing setup try working on this - play some other maps to get an idea of what works well!
