[Archived] Cant upload my beatmap

Problem Details:
I made beatmaps that i'm currently trying to upload. I click the "Upload NEW Beatmap" and it's stuck on "Creating Package". I leave it there for about 2 hours and it's still stuck.
My beatmap consists of:
-5 Difficulties
-Back video

Try to upload your map in Stable (Fallback) stream.

It also happens to me occasionally, I usually cancel the upload and retry 1 or 2 times before it works. Try reuploading your map later, if you still encounter the same issue, let people know here.

Restarting osu! should fix it in most cases.

when it gets stuck, I delete the submission cache and have it full submit and it tends to work. Not sure if something goes wrong server side with the patching process or if it's a problem with the client size .osz2. I haven't looked too much into it.

For me I just have to restart osu! And it will work when I start it up again.
