Software Update/Download proxy for osu!，osu!direct

Hey!

I have this request 'cause my homeland China has a..um...(maybe)the worst network connection to osu! server in the world.
This may save us Chinese players from incredible lags and download failures.

Don't think that a proxy is needed.
You just need to have a good Internet.

We don't have good Internet at all. Osu servers/forums,all sort of things,are intermittently blocked by government's censorship.

If you can't play osu normally with lag and stuff just go offline
