Who do you think is the most balanced player in all 4 modes?

I don't follow the other modes that much, but Rustbell seems to be pretty good in all.
This is such a broad question lol. Even within modes you have people who specialize in something e.g. acc / speed / reading /aim

That is how I compare other players across modes.
What I meant is as a percentage of each mode compared to the top player in that mode.
For example:
Azer
He has 8762PP and Hvick225 has 11343PP. That means compared to Hvick, he has approximately 77.25% of Top Players PP in osu!
He has 3100PP and _yu68 has 10021PP. That means compared to yu68, he has approximately 30.94% of Top Players PP in Taiko.
He has 283PP and ExGon has 11541PP. That means compared to Exgon, he has approximately 2.45% of Top Players PP in CTB.
He has 2000PP and jhlee0133 has 11159PP. That means compared to jhlee, he has approximately 17.92% of Top Players PP in osu!mania.
Then add up the percentages.
77.25+30.94+2.45+17.92=128.56
Then you divide that by 4(as there are 4 modes).
128.56/4 = 32.14%
That means that Azer has 32.14% PP of the total one.
I know it could have been simpler if you added all the values beforehand, but I wanted to show you all the steps.

Two really high numbers that I found were rustbell at 53.681277941% and Alumetorz at 51.447644465%.
Not sure if you're going to find anyone more balanced than HNC_yk, who is just shy of top 1,000 in all four game modes (#1,015 on CTB, < 1,000 everywhere else with almost 11k PP on mania).
Honorary mention to a well balanced player: rustbell has over 10,000 performance points on mania, over 8,500 on standard (better than top 50 in the respective modes) and is good enough to hunt for rank 1 scores on both game modes.
