Sometimes when playing a match that most people won't be able to play, sometimes you want specific ranked people to play not someone who just started.
This would probably help with tournaments with people guessing passwords, or just generally don't wanting people who don't seem fit to join the match when they don't know what's coming.
Somewhere where you can allow people within ranks for example 150000 ~ 700000 or 5000 ~ 10000
It would help make some matches and allow people to join appropriate matches
Or even when you are in the lobby looking for a match you can set search options for matches within specific ranges.
Of course there will be a 'everyone is welcome' section, I just have a feeling this will help find matches easier
