What is that exporting button used for?And when I clicked it why did it replay? Does it upload it to youtube or something?

It exports a replay file of that score to the Replays folder inside your osu! directory. You can send it to a friend or import at any time to view the score and replay. It's not uploaded to YouTube or something, no.
