I think kiai should start at 01:03:985. The buildup would feel more appropriate. Same with the second kiai time.
01:24:196 - Break should start here, not at 01:23:880.

2:14:722 (1) - Don't know if the spacing is right here. It's not "wrong", and I understand that it's down there because you want to follow the tone of the voice; but maybe you could move the previous circles a little bit up to create a little greater gap.

2:19:775 - I'd add a circle here

Dangerous

1:01:775 - Maybe - and just maybe - I'd move 2 and 4 closer to 3, just a bit. I'd change the color in 5, and then again, the same stoy with 6 and 8, closer to 7. Again, I'd change the color at 9, and undo the combo color change at 1:03:670. It's a suggestion, though. You may not like it xD

1:06:512 - If you took that last advice (xD), maybe another new combo color.

1:54:827 - Same suggestion as at 1:01:775.

2:12:512 - Same.

2:19:143 (7) - Spacing?

This music isn't good for mapping.

I mean, the singer himself have sung too soft that some of the voice became off-sync.
Here're some examples:

I don't think this is a problem at all. Despite the fact that vocals have this delivery, it isn't problematic at all to play.
