Simply:
If the last scroll movement in the map selection was up (the list), make the list expand downwards.
If it was down, keep the expansion movement as is.
Purpose:
It's kinda annoying for me to be scrolling upwards through a list of songs clicking through each of them while all of them expand upwards, resulting in more spaces for me to scroll through.
