Hello, welcome to osu! India Winter Tournament 2016
OIWT 2016


Streaming is currently going on at :- http://www.twitch.tv/symphxstream

Introduction

  1. This is a 1 v 1 Tournament
  2. The game mode is osu! Standard
  3. There is no limit to the maximum number of registrations
  4. This tournament is only for the residents of India (players with India flag in their profiles)
Important Information

All participants should join the ‘Discord’ group, for invitation please contact the names given below:
  1. Lapoozza

  3. Symphony X
This is to make sure that no one misses out on any important announcements
Tournament Schedule

  1. Registration are open until 22nd December midnight
  2. Group stages :- 27th December - 3rd of January
  3. Quarterfinals :- 5th January - 9th of January
  4. Semifinals :- 11th and 12th January
  5. Finals :- 14th January
Registration

To register simply leave you World Rank and your Discord username

There will be 3 brackets which will be according to you World Rank
  1. >100,000 World Rank ( Rookie Bracket )
  2. <100,000 - >50,000 World Rank ( Novice Bracket )
  3. <50,000 World Rank (Amateur Bracket )

Rules

General Rules

  1. Players will compete against others of their own bracket.
  2. Total number of rounds will depend on the number of competing participants.
  3. Player matchups will be generated at random.
  4. All matches in the semifinals and finals will be streamed live, and selected matches of the quarter finals which will be decided by a vote.
Group Stages Rules
  1. Group stage matches should be played at a suitable time decided by the players in each matchup.
  2. Matchups must be completed within the dates mentioned previously. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
  3. There will be no warm-up maps during Group stages. Please do your own warm-up before your matches.
  4. Please provide a link to your multiplayer game to any OIWT staff before proceeding with the match.
  5. Revivals are not allowed. Please ensure matches are set to team vs and win condition is ‘score’.
  6. Players must decide who picks the First Map by using the "!roll" command in game.
  7. Matches will be a best of 3 in which the first to win 2 matches will be declared the victor.
Quarter Finals Rules
  1. Please Arrive 15 minutes before your allocated timeslot. If the team does not arrive at that time, we will give another 15 minutes waiting time. Failure to do so will result in Disqualification
  2. All matches henceforth will be hosted by a referee who will invite you during your specified times.
  3. Please provide a link to your multiplayer game to any OIWT staff before proceeding with the match.
  4. Revivals are not allowed. Please ensure matches are set to team vs and win condition is ‘score’.
  5. 1 map each can be selected for warm ups which should be from the map pool .
  6. Each player can ban 1 map from the map pool.
  7. Players must decide who picks the First Maps by using the "!roll" command in game.
  8. Same mod maps cannot be selected twice in a row.
  9. Matches will be a best of 5 in which the first to win 3 matches will be declared the victor.
Semi Finals Rules
