Ok, modding.
[Exhaust]

Metadata:

The artist's name (t+pazolite) isn't capitalized, neither is the song name(do I smile?).
Just a stylistic note here, Exhaust might be typed as EXHAUST to refer to the original usage such as how it is used typically, besides the fact that this song isn't in SDVX. So actually, maybe just change the difficulty name. Or not.
Also, add some hitsounding so that it's rankable.
Note the below, as copied from AiMod. Not sure what that means, but...
Information Time
Audio bitrate is higher than 192kbps. Consider recompressing to CBR 192kbps or VBR ~1.0.

Mapping:
1: 00:16:249 (16249|1) - There should be some kind of note here to acknowledge that there is one in the song.

2: 00:16:480 (16480|0) - to 00:28:710 (28710|2) - None of these triplets exist within the song. Even if they did, don't make them 3note jacks...

3: Also, within this timeframe up to 00:30:095 (30095|3) - Move the first LN of each phrase to the 1st count, not the 'and' in between, make it twice as long (a whole beat), and remove the last two LNs. It makes much more correspondence with the actual song.

4: 00:29:403 (29403|1) - You should remove one of these notes. Where this note is doesn't have any importance to the song, so any more than a single note, with whatever LN happens to be there, is too much.

5: There should be a note (in this case a continuation of the rhythm) on the end of the slider at 00:30:672 (30672|3) - , and there should be a note (beginning of an impact note that should receive two notes or more) on the end of the slider at 00:30:903 (30903|3) - .

6: 00:31:018 (31018|1) - to 00:59:403 (59403|2) - Hoo boy, this bit is a mess. You can add a single note in between all of these beats, but not all of them can be doubles. There should only be one double at a time, with exceptions like 00:32:633 (32633|1) - , where there ARE 5 doubles in a row, but even here, due to your star rating, you should make those a repeating patterns like [12][34][12][34][12] Or [13][24][13][24][13], or something like that, and when there are three in a row at 00:33:556 (33556|2) - , five in a row again at 00:34:249 (34249|0) - And then, from to 00:34:249 (34249|0) - , you'd need an alternating pattern of a double and a single and a double and a single. Just listen closely to the rhythm and map accordingly to that and the intended star rating.
And, of course, the use of copying and pasting rhythms is not recommended.

7: 00:45:441 (45441|3) - Refer to point 5.

8: 01:00:556 (60556|0) - to 01:15:326 (75326|0) - This pattern is way too repetitive. It's one thing to have a recurring rhythm in an identical section of the song, but if that one rhythm is basically the entire section, than it's being overused.

9: 01:15:326 (75326|0) - to 01:29:172 (89172|1) - Make sure all the rhythms are relevant, but also make sure that your doubles are on significant notes. Like, in one of the two-measure phrases, there would be a double on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd beat on the first measure, and then a double on the 2nd and 3rd beat of the song, but it changes slightly as well, throughout the section, so listen closely for things like kicks on the drums to know where to place your doubles.

10: 01:29:172 (89172|1) - This measure should have the rhythm of 1+2+3, 4 as it's rhythm. As in, a note on each beat, and then a beat on the + (half way in between) in between the spaces of the first three notes in a five-note rhythm, followed by a separated note on the 4th beat.

11: 01:30:095 (90095|1) - to 01:58:710 (118710|2) - Many of the doubles on the 2nd and 4th beat of these measures make no sense. Listen closely to the song to know when there is a double on a 4th beat.

12: 01:58:710 (118710|2) - Refer to point 10.

13: 01:59:633 (119633|2) - to 02:11:633 (131633|0) - You got some of the impact notes right. SOME. But also note, since this is a 3.6* map,, that there are more complex rhythms that would add to the difficulty to help get back some of the difficulty you'd take away by fixing the rhythms. Also, refer to point 8.

14: 02:07:018 (127018|0) - to 02:24:460 (144460|2) - You know that this ENTIRE section speeds up, right? Um, it does. Try putting more rapid BPM changes, so it can be a little more subtle and much more accurate. Also, please kill the repetitive [34][12][34][12] rhythm.

15: 02:31:585 (151585|0) - to 02:41:428 (161428|3) - Please.... why this rhythm? Put it as something relevant to the song like putting a single note on each beat, eventually making it a single LN before it gets too fast, or a double/single/double/single rhythm and make it end a little earlier because that will get too fast too quick, or both, or.. something besides this.

16: 02:41:428 (161428|3) - to 03:09:812 (189812|0) - Make sure to differentiate in the mapping when there's an anomaly of the normal repeated rhythm. You already did do that, to an extent, but the LN in the mapping doesn't match up to the song either. Just pure LN single/double/LN single/double at that tempo is a little hard and also boring.

17: 02:52:158 (172158|1) - This note needn't exist.

18: 02:54:351 (174351|1) - Remove at least one of the notes from each beat, and note that the notes on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th beat of this measure aren't emphasized at all.

19: 02:56:428 (176428|0) - to 03:09:812 (189812|2) - This section is rather blandly mapped, just solid 1/1 triples and pointless LNs. the odd [1][2][13][24][3][4] rhythms in between should be blended into the actual rhythm more as well, as well as... changed.

20: 03:10:043 (190043|3) - Refer to point 5, but note that the first 2 beats are still a single, held out note.

21: 03:11:197 (191197|3) - to 03:24:697 (204697|1) - Refer to point 6, but don't use the same timepoints as example to where differences in the rhythm should be. Just listen to them and start with a baseline double/single/double/single rhythm.

22: 03:25:735 (205735|1) - to 03:48:812 (228812|0) - Refer to point 8, and also note that the LN starting here should start a measure earlier, and should stay as ONE SINGLE LN NOTE.

23: 03:54:466 (234466|0) - Refer to point 20.

24: 03:55:274 (235274|3) - to 04:23:889 (263889|0) - Refer to point 21, but note the rare impact note on a 1/3 beat.

25: 04:09:120 (249120|0) - refer to point 20.

26: 04:24:812 (264812|1) - It's ok to make the initial impact up to three notes, but the sustained LN should be less then 4 LNs (>.>), and should end earlier.
