I hope you guys can make a program that allows the mouse pointer apply to PC when it is active.
Basically, the current osu! skin (only cursor-related) will apply to actual cursor outside of osu!
Then you'd see cool stars, flowers or etc flying all over when you move the mouse/pen rapidly.
Why? Because I love the mouse and cursor trail, seems so amazing, so I wish it could come true.

Well, this isn't a feature request to osu itself but I'm sure there are existing application, use that and get the cursor file from skin folder.

Which application?
Also, would cursor trailer also be applicable? And the rotating cursor? That's pretty much what I want the most.

Anyway, use this then follow this.
Not sure about animated though, so research that one on your own.

The size isn't as big, and there's no moving cursor trail...
