I once found a game like this before, i'm pretty sure this wasn't done here before, but if it was, you can redirect it and just leave this one to rot, or we can start fresh here
Basically, the idea is that there's no rules, and we have to add on to them, and follow them at the same time, including the rule we are making at that point and time.
So for example, If i made the rule that you had to post like a stereotypical canadian, the next person had to post something along the lines of...
so for example, using the example Rules, if someone did this...
Also, as a side note, you can nullify an existing rule, but in turn, you must replace it with something Similar, Such as, Replacing the above Canadian rule, can be replaced with 1337 Speak
Edit: Becuase it's ruining it, you cannot edit your post to fix your mistake if you broke a rule, you CAN, however, edit it if the rule seems to need clarification
