00:40:760 (1) - Way too soon after the spinner for the easiest difficulty. Remember that new players have a hard time realigning after a spinner. Give them 2-4 beats depending on how fast the song is. The spinner itself is kind of short too. I'd just map through it.

01:04:360 (1) - This would work better as a slider imo
01:11:560 (4,5) - I don't like to see stacks used in easy difficulties.
01:19:560 (1) - Maybe start this closer to the center of the screen to make it easier to realign.
01:25:160 (1,2,3,4) - More stacks, if you care to remap them.
01:50:760 (1,2,3,4) - ^
01:55:560 (2,3,4) - ^
01:58:760 (4) - Move down one grid and adjust pattern afterward.

02:01:960 (10) - It would be cool if you could make this turn right when all of the big synth notes hit.

00:06:760 (1) - Way too soon after a spinner for a normal. Considering how silent you have the spinners, end the last spinner at 00:05:960 - and this will be fine.
00:32:360 (1,2,3,4,5) - These aren't aligned very well. If you were going for a nice triangle, look closely at everything and make sure they're positioned correctly.
00:37:560 (1) - Too soon after a spinner... you'd be best mapping through the spinner.
00:38:760 (1) - Hrm, maybe try making it turn on the grid points like this?
00:44:760 (5,1) - Really don't like the overlap on these notes.
00:53:560 (1) - Too soon after a spinner. Same with the next one... I'd just map through these spinners. Sliders would work much better imo
01:12:360 (1) - Hrm, also too soon after a spinner. Maybe delete 01:10:760 (1) - and extend 01:09:160 (1) - to 01:11:560 - ?
01:18:760 (1,2,3,4) - These aren't very visually appealing. Maybe just do a pattern that doesn't involve putting the notes right on the slider like that?
01:21:960 (6) - New combo

Hrm, maybe delete 01:46:160 (1) - and extend 01:44:360 (1) - to 01:46:760 - and start 01:47:860 (1) - at 01:47:860 (1) - and end it at 01:47:860 (1) - ? That way 01:50:760 (1) - wont' be too soon after the spinner. :3

Actually, instead of half leniency like the other two difficulties, put this one here:
Keep the kiai the same as the Easy/normal please. Too many fountains at the end. :/

Wow, this plays more like an insane. This mapset would be much better if you could make a difficulty that was in between this and Normal.
00:25:360 (1) - This spinner is too short. Auto needs to get 2000 points for it to be rankable. :<
00:35:560 (1,2,3,4,5) - These don't read very well mostly because of the spacing compared to 00:32:560 (2,3) - . You may want to try something different here.
01:57:960 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Take a close look at this shape and see if you want it the way it is now
This was pretty fun, though like the other two difficulties, it could really use some hit sound work to spruce it up a bunch.
I think it would be best if you could scrap that wip insane and make a real [Hard] difficulty (rename the current hard to Insane) and maybe get some people to help you with the hit sounds.
