I use a CM storm devastator and i was reading around the osu forums when i found out that it is better to keep enhance pointer precision off. I did it and now my speed is slow and kind of hard for me to use. Is this a good idea? and i should i turn it back on?

The reason that you keep pointer precision off is for accuracy, How you're moving your mouse now mimics on the screen 100%, with acceleration on it makes it slower in the beginning and faster as you move the mouse, Very inaccurate for something such as jumps.

Mouse Acceleration as fast as possible <LINK>
Osu! has an option for Raw Input in the Input section (Gamepad) under Skin.
This option will null any difference between mice besides the hardware (Mouse type/size)
The Sensitivity setting (Right above) is then linear and not random scales between Mouse A, B, C, which you can immediately feel the changes
