Because a lot of people move everywhere and I get confused, :? Like someone having the USA flag, but lives in UK. So I thought you could change your own flag (or the sites does so weeaboos won't put the Japanese flag).

If someone's flag is wrong, then they can contact peppy and he can manually fix it. There's no need at all for this to be a customizable option.
