Or replace it with something different?

It's beyond annoying, and while I'd like to keep the other Sound Effects, this particular one is extremely annoying.

Go to the skins folder, and replace normal-hitwhistle.wav
Or are you using the default skin? You can't change anything in there I'm afraid
