Custom backgrounds

First off sorry if repost



I always liked playing osu and usually had problems with the backgrounds (i usually disliked them and used dim) but since i got supporter and have songs that don't have background, it would end up using my menú background (which i liked). So where do i want to get to, I wanted to see if there is a way to keep using things like that so i can use a certain number of backgrounds, (probably max 5 ) that will change randomly per song i choose, so i wouldn't need to get the pop-up i get from songs "deleting backgrounds make osu! ANGRRRRYYYYY, use background dim" and i can use a larger amount of backgrounds instead of the ones they have (note i say this since some backgrounds will not be safe if parents decide to see what kids play and see a anime girl in a bikini aka https://osu.ppy.sh/s/24315)

I'm sure there was a request to change the dim to an image, so 100% dim would instead, overlay whatever image you chose. Can't find it right now though.

Either way i don't expect much from this like i said am sorry if a repost but got to admit its a okish idea (just that i like to keep my beatmaps i love with less.... boob poping)

HINT: You can always replace the background by opening the background image of that map, changing the image to something appropriate for you (but retaining the same dimensions of the image), then saving it under that same file. You successfully change the background AND the map stays ranked.

That would seem like so much work if 30% of your songs are like that (note i agree with background dim but it makes the background look so.... empty)

i think its still there, but yea even with a skin that has a playfield.png it will still show the regular menu bg that you have as supporter

I think it only shows the playfield.png if the map has no background or something.

edit: Never mind, shows menu-background.png .
