Hi I already own that tablet and from my experience it is pretty nice tablet. When I first got mine it felt like write/playing on paper with a nice amount of resistance. However why not buy a ctl 480 or even the new ctl 490 both should be cheaper than they were at this point in time. I only say the 480/490 over the 471/470, because the hover distance is greater, active area is larger, pen is lighter, and the software is better in my opinion especially with one having coordinates for tablet area. If you decide to go with your original choice this is cheaper.

It's not a bad tablet, but it's more expensive than the CTL-480/490. Unless you plan on drawing as well I would just get the ctl 480
