I support you guys for wanting this channel, it's like Belgium having two languages as well,
Flemmish and
Walloon. They still need their channels fixed too because right now the Flemmisch go to #dutch (and I haven't a clue where the Walloons end up, perhaps #french?) and I as a Dutch person can only understand about 20% of what they are talking about. This was

I don't know what the minimum amount of users is for having a language channel, but you guys should start counting heads apparently!
Just a sidenote: The channel name might be confusing to some people who might read it as #SingingEnglish, #Single-ish or #Single&English OR end up talking Malay in #Singapore.
Perhaps #Malaysian-EN would work even though it's not as catchy.
