General:
The idea is to create a tablet with an integrated touch pad for tapping.
As usual, you'd hover with your pen on the pen area, while you'd simply have to touch anywhere on the left area for a click/tap effect.
The touch pad is supposed to be a light pressure solution and substitute for mechanical keys and is not limited to a specific area on the pad.
While the touch pad works similarly as a touch pad on a laptop, only the pen moves the cursor.
Practical info:
Tablet should come with a driver to change settings.
Two touch pad areas (upper and lower left). Either can be active at the same time, but the user can also deactivate one or both of them.
The tablet should be able to be switched to left-handed use.
Visual aesthetics:
Gradiant surface with light gray/pink colors. This should have a slightly glittery, matte appearance.
Clear white plastic surface separating the tablet and touch pad areas from the rest.
