Ability to scroll down/up volume when launching Osu!

When launching osu, you can't scroll (adjust) volume up or down before "Welcome to Osu!" phrase.

to me, it often happens that when I hear "welcome"
I realized that the volume is too hard and waiting for this situation is not comfortable

I don't think it's even possible to implement this, but I'm not sure. Anyways, it's only 2 or 3 seconds, just spam your mouse wheel when the intro animation disappears and you are good (Unless you have a pretty loud and annoying welcome sound).

yes it is only 2-3 seconds but it sometime is irritating.
I think, it should be possible to implement.
