To answer your question though, if you can only spend 50 USD on a keyboard just buy any cheap keyboard of which the keys aren't extremely hard to press, really. You don't need a macro keys or fancy LED lighting or anything like that. Get something like this Logitech keyboard if 50 USD is your budget.

Anyway, I find it worth investing in a quality mechanical keyboard. Once again, you don't need a macro keys or fancy LED lighting, or whatever fancy nonsense. A keyboard is about the typing experience first. Some cherry mx switches, n-key rollover, and a sturdy body construction and you're golden. It'll cost you in the neighbourhood of 130 USD, but it'll last you forever.

(Once you get accostumed to using a mechanical keyboard everything else just feels terrible to use.)

But yeah if your willing to branch out to VeilStar's suggestion, maybe upwards of $80 USD, The CM QuickFire TK is quite common in osu! play.

If your willing to spend upwards of $100-150, Corsair's K70 is popular and is all that you need for the next couple years.

But if 50 dollars is all that you can spend, yeah any membrane/non-gaming branded keyboard will work

This is only $40 it's a really cheap mechanical keyboard.

I can't vouch for its quality since I've never owned this brand of keyboard.

If you can stretch your budget another 20 USD I recommend getting the CM Storm quickfire TK.

Something to keep in mind is that this keyboard uses knockoff Alps switches (clicky, ~45cN), and I probably wouldn't recommend it as a long-lasting keyboard. You'd be better off spending a bit more on a keyboard with Cherry switches.

Guys i still dunno what keyboard buy, i guess the mechanical are good for osu but i still want some LED and i can spend only 50 :\

You want leds but you're on a tight budget.

If you only want a new keyboard for osu!, you could just get one of those two-key things (like the official osu! keyboard or thnikk's osu!keypad). If you want an actual keyboard though, you'll have to bump up your budget if you want anything decent.
A Medic
you won't get LED's + mechanical on a tight budget realistically.

If you want a backlit LED keyboard you can find them for $40 - $60 USD. If you want a mechanical keyboard it can range from $70+. For a backlit LED or RGB that is also mechanical, you are looking at $89+. Remember buying a mechanical keyboard is a long term investment, and they last a very long time. It would probably be worth it to save up and buy a mechanical keyboard later. Go into stores, if you can find some mechanical cherry mx keyboards, and test them out or see if you can get your hands on one of these. You can always get a what YayMii said or get a mechanical key/numberpad.
