IGZ Winter Tour 2015-16 Announcement Thread

InfinityGamerZ Proudly Present Winter Tour 2015-16


Hi-YO! It's winter soon, and we are proud to announce our 80K-200K Tour played through winter. (Starting from November all the way untill March!)
This thread will be the place for your Questions/Suggestions aswell as place for discussion about the tour.

Overall ruleset
-For players of 80k-200k rank
-Four to Six 1v1 Tournaments
-Mappool difficulty 3*->4* (5NoMod, 3HR, 3HD, 3DT and a Tie-Breaker)
-Groupphase+Double elim knockouts
-For fun Mates!

Each tournament will have a wider more accurate Ruleset released.

Tournament Schedule

1st Tournament 21-22 November
2nd Tournament 12-13 December
3rd Tournament 9-10 January
4th Tournament 27-28 February
Finals 19-20, 26-27 March

Top 12 IGZ Winter Tour
Invited Only
Structure
2 Groups of 6 Players
Groupstage on 19th to 20th
Top 4 of both groups -> Knockoutstage
Knockoutstage on 26th and 27th
Prizes
1st. 4 Months of supporter
2nd. 2 Months of supporter
3rd. 1 Month of supporter
Stream
You heard it right! The tournament will be streamed, more info to follow soontm

When can i register?
Registrations for each tournament will start minimum Week and a half before

For Finals Top 3 will be awarded with Supporters
1st Place = 4 Months
2nd Place = 2 Months
3rd Place = 1 Month

I will be sure to answer as many Questions as possible! Also feel free to leave your suggestions out here and if you got maps you'd like to see feel free to nominate them here!

Lol, I was prolly thinking that were already in 2016 since I'm thinking stuff for 2016 already.

Oh okay :) i'll be glad to register (though that'll kinda interfere with ARFT if i make it to the grandfinals...)

:o Yea alot of just right tier players and refs i've been using seem to be joining that :cry: , welp that's all just a scheduling problem when the time comes.

Maybe because ARFT is hosted by Xblade and Kameyo which were players in the 3rd tournament
AND also #80-120k which is right in #80-200k. If ever i get to the grand finals i'll leave ARFT for the winter tour because going all the way to up there and then giving up for another tournament (with kinda special rules cuz i knew it was coming since a long time) would be dumb

While the #4 Tournament is still running I have a small announcement.

1 Map from each pool that has been played in the tournament will make an reappearance in the Grand Finals mappool.

So if you had that one map you loved to play in tournament setting, now you have a chance to pull that map back into the Grand Finals groupstage pool (Not necessarily the same mod... who knows). The voting will start immediately.
