Tablet click twitch

My mouse broke recently and I decided to use my tablet instead. I play hovering but when I touch the tablet with pen, it will stop/twitch and then go back to normal. This happened with my previous computer as well.

My tablet is wacom bamboo something.

Are you drivers updated?

Are you using windows 10 / is windows ink disabled?

I'm using w10 but it did the samet hing on w7 and yes im update
It seems like some snapping thing but it only fuks up in osu! not d esktop

Edit: it was windows ink that was causing the prob
