[invalid] Force score re-uploading

My fucking network losts connection randomly, so I'm suffering score upload failure.
There should be a message says it will retry in 2^n minutes, but today I waited for 20+ minutes, and there's only one message saying 1 minute, while the score hasn't been uploaded (confirmed by checking my rank on that map).

I think there should be a button that I can upload scores fails to upload since this time the client starts forcely. It's useful when network doesn't connect well.

I believe it already submits them at the moment your internet is back

Generally after connection re-establishment, scores should be submitted eventually, provided if the client is still running.
But I don't remember after what time it stops retrying.

scores should continue to submit for about an hour. i also don't think there'll ever be a "submit score online" type button due to potential abuse.
