In general :
1. You can use bpm 141, it's still be ok
2. I'm not really good in Offset but try to use 5 496
3. You need to use more slider in map
4. Ending sliders on the blue tick not really good, for example : 00:12:304 (2) - vocal starting here and ending here 00:12:517 - Vocal going Shi~
5. You need to use more smooth patterns for example : 00:13:793 (3,4,5,6,7) - 00:15:070 (1,2,3,4) - It's so annoying to play same patterns, if you want do some parts with jumps you need to use less spacing.
6.You need to add timing sections and make Kiai parts where song going heavy
It's doesn't seems terrible for first time mapping. You need to follow some simple rules :
-Use distance spacing for parts
-Try to make intersting patterns
-Follow rythm and vocal things for making more sliders
Trust you can understand what I explain to you, have a nice day and move forward with increasing your mapping skill
