Delete the .osb file.
Delete the unused folder inside the song folder.
The audio file has a 320kbps bit rate. Change it to a rate in between 128kbps and 256kbps, or ask someone who knows how to do it.

Once you've made those changes, full submit again.
That should make the file size MUCH smaller. Right now it's really big (20 mb!)
