I am confused on how I got the Challenge Accepted achievement and there is no where I can find out how I got it. I heard you aren't allowed to tell others how to get it and if that's the case, a Private Message could be sent as I already have it.

Achievements of this kind have no obvious way to get them. The player himself must find out what he needs to do in order to unlock the achievement.
Spoiling the method on how to unlock these specific achievements will result in a ban. The title itself is a clue.
