The modding queue sub forum is meant for queues. It's not for straight requests. If you want to get your map modded, find a queue that accepts your map and post it there.
NM = normal mod.
M4M = mod for mod = you mod a map and the creator mods your map.

Uhhh I'm still confused as to how it all works.. Sorry if I posted on the wrong forums. What is the difference between a queue and a straight request?
xxdeathx
You're asking for help with your map, so he says it's a straight request, which isn't allowed on its own thread.

All the other threads here are offering their modding services to other people, so they call them queues. Post your request in those queues (but make sure to read and follow each thread's rules).

Ahh ok I think I understand. Thank you

Queue: you ask other's to give you maps to mod.
A queue might request NM, M4M or both.
I recommend doing some modding yourself too. That's as good practise as mapping itself.

Would you suggest I complete both Normal and Hard before requesting for someone to mod?
Jaltzu
Yeah, it's better to have a complete mapset for modding. But it's still up to you. Some queues won't accept uncomplete mapsets, though.

EDIT: remember to check ranking criteria on osu! wiki, if you haven't already.

Oh yeah one more thing. Sort of OOT but you know when you search for a beatmap and press the picture , and a preview of the song plays? Mine doesn't play even though I already set a preview point. Would you happen to know of a fix?
Flanster
Resubmit or wait, it eventually fixes itself in most cases.
