I have an issue where my sound card plays ALL sounds with a latency, which is usually not an issue but becomes significant when I try to play any rhythm games on PC including osu. I've seen people post in the forums about how they use Game Mode or EAX(not sure what this is though) to get around this, but I can do neither as I cannot get Creative drivers to recognize my sound card for some reason(turns out this is a rather well documented issue, which unfortunately did not help me much in trying to solve the issue).
