First of, this isn't going to be ranked, because it needs to be at least 5 minutes drain. Otherwise, you'll need a full set.
Main issues that I've found:
1) Try changing distance snap to 1.4x or 1.5x, those overlaps don't look too good in some places...
2) 01:25:964 (2) - This ends on white tick
3) 01:50:352 (6) - Move it to red tick and reverse
4) 01:36:576 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Looks so ugly, curve it maybe?
5) 02:20:658 (1,2,3,4,5) - as in 4)
6) 02:53:311 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Again XD
7) 03:03:719 (7) - where are you going, slider? :O
8) 03:43:923 (1,2,3,4) - patterns like this look blocky, it'd look nicer if you'd change it
9) 04:01:882 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this is getting boring
10) 04:31:882 (1,2) - unreadable...
11) 04:34:127 (9) - as in 7)
12) 04:37:801 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - wtf o.O

Too hard for modding because in my opinion you need follow vocal or instrumental part w/o "heavy" going from 1st thing to 2nd
