You will need to go to

File > Package for distribution...

and update the osz file it outputs! You only uploaded the beatmap data file (osu) which doesn't contain the mp3/other content you may have added!

The beatmap is quite nice, but the timing is a bit off. Try with 1,820 for the offset and 140.11 for the BPM. Then resnap all the notes and check if everything is on it's correct place.

Only upload the modified .osu when you reply with the new version. It isn't necessary to upload the whole .osz. And attach it to your post.

I don't know if the values I gave you are 100% accurate though, so if anyone wants to check and correct it, feel free to do it. =D

I took the liberty to "fix" your map. You were pretty close in a lot of areas, and I had a feeling on what you wanted, so... yeah. Take a look at the file attached, and tell me if you like what I've done to it.
