Make sure your hit circle is not black and don't enable this
Option 1 - Check skin.ini file and try other combo colors.
Option 2 - Go to skin folder and make sure that approachcircle.png is not black (i mean the same circle is not black).

1. You better turn off the beatmap skin on options
2. Check your combo colors in your skin.ini
