Allow slider reverse arrow to be tinted by combo color

Pretty self-explanatory. Just as how the hitcircle.png is tinted based on combo color, there should be a skin.ini toggle (such as SliderReverseArrowTint) to tint the reverse arrow as well. IMO this would look better on skins with transparent sliderendcircle.png

This idea is pretty nice, we already have the tint-based sliderball, so the reverse arrow would go with it! :) 8-)

I think is a cool idea but I guess that we'll can to disable it because it will work only if the SliderTrackOverride is darker than the combo colour, like your image.
And if user uses a transparent sliderendcircle.png like your image.
It will not work for me :p
