I've updated to El Captian on my mac and everything seems to be working except for osu. When I try to launch it, it shows up in the dock for a split second and closes again. Will osu be updated to support El Capitan? I even went out of my way to dualboot linux but that installer is broken.

Just download X11 und disable rootless mode. You can do that by restarting your mac while holding cmd +r. Then head over to the Terminal and enter the command "csrutil disable". Reboot afterwards and you should go be good to go now.
