For me i upload it in tumblr.com and weebly.com... any image uploading site can do but mostly i use weebly bcoz i can upload gifs in that... :) :)
But if u will just upload png and jpeg tumblr can do... :)

Thanks. I like the third edit but can you make the crop size smaller so its a a square (I can't fit that as my avatar) and also can you make the font color a lighter purple shade?

Also I think you should box in the edits using the box button when editing a post so it your avatars don't flood the page

Thanks for the resize but I think it's too small now osu has a cap of 128x128 / 88kb maximum so can you do a resize near those dimensions? Can you make the font color like reaaalllly light purple? Also can you put the flowers back on like your did for the first edit? Sorry im being so picky :c.

you can resize ur image at photoshop ,
at image panel , then you click 'image size'
type 128x128 or else.
or u can resize it online at here
