Offset: 136,326ms BPM: 116.20 <- Why the extra offset? The other difficulties don't have this and the map doesn't even go that far. (!)
Also, [Azure's Hard] is missing some Tags. Please add them in. Cover_1_Front.jpg is not deactivated after the end of the map, instead, it plays till the end of the song. Please fix that as well. Last thing, isn't the map.png supposed to appear on the difficulty you created, not someone else's?

Honestly, it sounds good, but it doesn't look good. The streams seem broken, the slider ends seemed to be pointed somewhere else besides to the next note, and with the use of a lower grid level and .8 snapping, the map looks quite cluttered. It wouldn't hurt to take some more time to make the map neater.
[Azure's Hard]
Level 1 grid has screwed this map over roughtly. I can up with the beat decently, but because of the spacing, it throws the flow off. Try to rework the map using a higher grid level for better spacing (and don't forget to have the timing fixed).
[nsane]
00:16:654 (1,2,3) - This threw me off often since it wasn't going with the beats and notes of the song....
I've also noticed you went quite heavy with the finish hitsound use at the first 1/3 of the map. It sounds okay for now, but maybe reducing the use to maybe 1/2 or at least where it fits best. 00:32:919 ~ 00:40:147 - is a good place to make proper use of the finish hitsounds. I also noticed you're using a lower grid level for distance snapping which would be a better idea to redo with a higher grid level to make the spacing equal throughout the map.
Honestly, the map doesn't feel quite complete yet. The SB still needs to be tweaked and also missing some credits to the guest mappers as well (on their maps). Try to put more time into the map and i'm sure it will turn out better than what it is now.
