Unsilence the ticks and sliderslide, it feels empty and there's beat all the way through the song so there's no reason to have them silenced.
The custom sounds are cool otherwise though.
Set offset to 368 to fix main menu pulsing on the intro
01:21:599 (1) - Spinner feels random. It works much better on the buldup to the chorus, from 01:21:599 (1) to 01:21:137.

Hmm, I'm not sure if the different mp3s are neccesary. Your call though.

Difficulty settings are higher than normal O_o

Insane
Make the slowdowns 0.75x? They'll have the same effect but will be much less confusing.

01:33:137 (3) - Not sure what this is following. Having a slider from 01:33:599 to 01:33:945 might be better.

Those sliderspeed changes are disorientating. Perhaps you want to use 0.8 or 0.7 instead to make it less confusing?

Just check the preview time, it's slighty different between diffs.

Ok, hitsounds are great and spacing is cool, but you need to fix something.
Diffs have different offset!

if i make same all of the diff of offset, the song dosen't sync well.
becuz they have two style of song ( one is pop style, another is break beat style )

Easy, Hard and Taiko have same mp3 file, and Normal and Maximum diff have another mp3 file :3

So i set the offset different each diff, becuz their starting point is little bit different
