Problem Details:

After upgrading windows 8.1 to 10, I've been getting stutters while playing osu. It happens randomly 1-2 times a minute and lasts for 0.1-0.3 seconds, just a little hiccup where everything freezes or slows down for a moment.

My computer is relatively powerful: lenovo y510p, which has GTX 755M SLI and i7-4700HQ cpu so I shouldn't be getting any lags. Shaders and videos, and basically everything in-game is disabled, I even set osu process priority to realtime, and kill all other tasks (even tried disabling explorer), but the lag is still here. It hurts my accuracy a little, and it's nearly impossible to play HR or DT with it, but mostly it's just annoying, as you can't relax, but have to always be wary of the lag spikes...

I have tried logging my CPU and GPUs and they always run at 100% while playing osu. I play in fullscreen with uncapped FPS in Beta release (cutting edge or stable didn't make any difference). My resolution is 1920x1080 and 100Hz refresh rate. Also tried creating another windows user and testing it there, still lags. I tried doind a clean windows 10 install and it didn't help too. The lower the fps cap the less frequently it lags, but it's impossible to play with capped framerate because of tearing...

My nvidia settings for osu: http://puu.sh/k8XHw/00c47dbfc0.png and http://puu.sh/k8XNi/04377fefa6.png (enabled triple buffering, and it helped with lag a little but still it's quite laggy).

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

Tried playing with ctrl+11 enabled on 120 fps, and it seems that it lags whenever there is some activity going on in osu - be it draw or buffer swap: http://puu.sh/k8YQ5/ed399c5d93.png , http://puu.sh/k8YPu/f313e5fa92.png , http://puu.sh/k8YXw/9f7ff12c85.png , http://puu.sh/k8YXO/a63351858a.png

SOLVED: "SLI and Crossfire scaling has improved dramatically in recent years, but there’s an intermittent problem that comes with adding an additional video card — micro stuttering." - a quote from article that helped me with a problem. Disabling second GPU for osu fixed stutter. Because it wasn't a problem in windows 8.1 I assume it's windows 10 drivers' fault.

I had this exact same issue, however I do not have multiple GPUs. I had to reset windows to fix mine.
