Problem Details:
I have problems with my keys it seems that i cannot press j,k,l when playing osu! mainia please help

Your problem is probably keyboard ghosting. Check out this page: http://www.microsoft.com/appliedscience ... gDemo.aspx . In particular, try holding down different buttons on the demonstration, and see how many keys you hold down in different places. Find the best key config, and go to Options in osu and change your osu!mania layout.
