I am at my friends house d/ling osu on his computer, i will be playing osu here until tuesday. Will I get banned for playing on a different IP?

Nope. You only get banned for multi accounting and the osu! staff are smart enough to differentiate between the two
No, unless you are not have a multiaccount. Playing with single acc with different client will not get banned at all
you won't get banned. if something does happen though, email accounts@ppy.sh and explain. though i doubt you'll need to. if you have further questions, feel free to pm me
