well..in this case..its more focused on the shuffle...rather than multi combobursts
I was about to post this. So...yeah, OP's idea.
I have about 50 combobursts so it'd be nice if they're randomized.

That doesn't mean it doesn't load them all at once.
That doesn't mean it doesn't load them all at once.This, basically. I can confirm this on my old, crappy computer. On first comboburst, I receive quite a delay, but later combobursts will not. I'm then under the impression that at the first sign of comboburst, all comboburst images actually gets loaded.
It is actually loaded as play mode starts, as you would expect of any sane game code.
Anyways, you can shuffle now by adding ComboBurstRandom: 1 to skin.ini under [General].
