Hm, if you put 709sec. and Nomiya Ayumi in tags then I guess I can show some leeway for consistency.
I assume you already know they are the ones behind the track, not the publisher, "SOUND HOLIC". Would be better if you could use them instead of the publisher though :/

Really not too fond of the total points on Lunatic. Try for at least 16 mil or lower if possible.
Other than that, everything looks fine to me.

Actually... that's unexpectedly quite close for me.
I thought this much deviation was too off.

I got 2144. Plus or minus 2 ms feels fine for me too.
This song isn't accurate in terms of rhythm, so let's just take the average.

It seems that using un-inherited timing sections to change the slider speed is now unrankable (from peppy himself)

Check peppy's post on viewtopic.php?f=4&t=38661&st=0&sk=t&sd=a
Has unrankable message here
Also if you don't believe this can get a map popped check this

Fix all the sliders that break this rule or take it up with peppy directly

As noted on MAT forums:
25x sections CAN be achieved by halving the slider speed and making the 1.0x sections into 2.0x sections, then making the .25x sections 0.50x (inheriting) sections

About the tick 2
if you guys don`t want to listen to the tick sounds, just use 0.5 XD
but 02:44:702~03:09:818, slidertick 2 fits the song very well, (55~70% volume)
think about it if you can do something to the ticks XD
