I assume you mean play-style since this map is unranked and is considered a "challenge map" due to the oddly timed circles and "ghost sliders" that seem like they're not there

You could try https://osu.ppy.sh/s/150945 but it's more of an art map while the one you linked is both an art/playable challenge map

I think centipede is strictly visual, so not meant to be played at all (as mentioned in difficulty name)

Anyways, the map you linked is 2B, 2 notes to be clicked at once
That's the style of map, if I'm correct

Most 2B maps I could find suck. I was making one, but I felt it was pretty bad. I would love to see more of these, they are a lot of fun.
