Problem Details:
I was creating a beatmap and noticed that the first timing snap is 1ms off from the timing point itself. It causes me to not be able to set the first object properly. However, none of the other timing points have issues, and it seems to fix itself when the offset is set to 10,222 instead of 10,220. Is there some sort of rounding issue?
This is the map in question: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/351813
I am running on mac with OS X 10.10 Yosemite if that helps.
