Hey guys, I'm getting good at 7k but I've run into a roadblock... cramps. I've been getting them more frequently with harder maps and I was wondering if you guys get them too, or if I just have weak wrists. Any suggestions on getting past this?
Yo, looking good, glad to see you're not playing autoconverts. It looks like you're still a pretty new player, so don't worry about having 'weak wrists' or anything. If you need to, take a little break from playing and then come back to it. Before you know it, you'll be better than ever.
Personally, I still get them if I do not warm up. My warm ups usually consist of around 3-4 maps. You might want to try warming up before playing maps that are hard to you, and if you still get cramps, that's normal since you don't have enough stamina for maps of that level yet.
Cramps are normal when playing 7k/8k patterns your hands aren't used to As they told you above, you should rest and then come back so you build up more stamina and get more accostumed to the patterns Good luck
