In my opinion the break is a little long and you can probably map the latter half since the vocals are interesting.

01:33:046 (5,1) - 1/4s seem fitting here based on the drums in the background.

01:45:000 (1) - stream spacing seems a bit high given the general difficulty of the map.

01:58:125 (1) - have you considered using a spinner or slow slider to map the scream? I think it would fit.

02:30:000 (1) - kiai should end here IMO. Right now it's pretty long.
