Question about sensitivity

I have a pretty serious question regarding mouse sensitivity and it's long term effects/results in regarding to playing osu.

I play with mouse : 700 DPI, 4/11 windows, 1000 polling rate.
Mouse : deathadder chroma.
Osu : x1.0 and raw input.

I am very used to this slow sensitivity (people who touch my mouse cant even move it because its so slow).

Two questions:
1) Is the sensitivity too slow to play 6+ star maps.
2) My right pinky hurts so bad at times ( I use claw grip and have to apply quite a significant amount of force to spin and do fast jumps),
I don't want to change the mouse. Any other mouse users with the pinky problem? (I do play too much I guess)

Windows should be 6/11, as it makes you skip pixels otherwise.
You could change the sensitivity in osu! in return.
Also what's your resolution?
How do you grip your mouse?

1366 x 768

I use fingertip (claw) grip. My palm doesnt touch the mouse at all.
My pinky and thumb hold the mouse at the surface almost at 180 degrees
The other three fingers are clanged like cats paw

What exactly makes you skip pixels there? I thought windows values will always be inaccurate as division by 11 is always a fraction.

nothing, 4/11 just makes windows ignore every second order (0.5) to move the cursor from the mouse and optimally you would want to have both 6/11 windows sensitivity and 1.0 osu sensitivity, without compensating for one with another. skipping pixels occurs only above 6/11.
6/11 is 1.0, 5/11 is 0.75, 7/11 is 1.5 or 2.0 etc.
wow such shitty explanation but i'm too sleepy for this :^)

At a pointer speed setting of 6/11, for every one mouse count your computer will move the pointer one pixel on your screen, a 1:1 ratio.[2] If the mouse pointer speed it set higher or lower than 6, Windows will artificially modify the mouse input. For instance, at the 7/11 mark, your computer moves the cursor 1.5 pixels for every one mouse count and at the 11/11 mark, your pointer moves 3.5 pixels for every one mouse count. This means that not only does Windows skip pixels, it actually can become impossible for the mouse cursor to land on certain columns. Conversely if you have your slider at the 5/11 mark, your pointer will move .75 pixels for every one mouse count. Since computers cannot show 1.5 pixels, it rounds to either 1 or 2 making uneven mouse movements. While a speed setting of 6/11 is the absolute ideal, by keeping it at an even number such as 2/11, 4/11, 8/11 or 10/11 will reduce the impact of Window's manipulation of the input. This is because the odd numbers have to be rounded off.

I could try but I'd need some calculations on what dpi to put if I switch from
4/11 -> 6/11
700dpi -> ?

I just realized how easy that calculation was.
Thanks hehe

Anybody knows about Razer Synapse interpolation?
Are 400/800 settings more preferable than 350/700?
Is there precision loss?

It depends on what dpi your mouse actually polls with. Supposedly the deathadder black only polls 1800dpi and everything else is just interpolated. Not sure about chroma.

I believe the settings can be set up to 3.5.
On razer website under tech specs it actually says

10,000dpi optical sensor

The 400/800 probably will be more smooth since they evenly divide 10k.

Polls with? You mean native dpi lol.
The DA 3G and 3.5G's native DPI is 1800
The DA 2013 is native at every dpi step
The DA Chroma Im not sure because there's so much conflicting information regarding what sensor they're using but assuming its the 3988 then it will be native at 6400 dpi and below with interpolation above 6400.

Well I came home and change wind sens from 4/11 to 6/11.
350dpi felt very very slow compared to prev settings with 700dpi,
I adjusted to 550dpi to get sort of the same feeling. Explain pls

You probably have mouse accel on or some Razer sensitivity setting that is not on default
