I just extract an app called なでなで目覚まし。「かのん」(anime alarm (kanon)) and edit the sound to get "oni-chan" part
well... here the link: http://puu.sh/jMEen.rar (after you download it you will find three file which all of them have different sound but still pronounce "oni-chan" so just rename it to element you like)
